• My company does not have an online account, Can i still rent?
    • We do accept local cheque alternatively. Kindly call us @ 03 7845 7737 and we will assist you with the purchase. We however encourage and recommend you to call you bank and apply for an atm card with visa/master which is available in all banks today. Our reasoning is in efforts for you to enjoy the discounted rate if ordered online.The online purchase automation in renewal which saves us management processing cost in-return allows us to provide your company the online pricing (discounted rate for each payment) stated for the products.

  • Do you deliver anywhere in M’sia?
    • Yes, we have a wide range of partners to deliver, service and support our customers throughout Malaysia.

  • Is there any contract/ refundable deposits?
    • Yes, there is a 24 months or 36 months contract option which the customer must choose from to enjoy our FreePrint product & service. The refundable deposit varies according to products as below:

      1. A4 Wireless Color Inkjet Printer only                             (5 Users)     RM 300
      2. A4 Office Jet Pro, e-All-in-One Printer                          (5 Users)     RM 500
      3. A4 Officejet Pro, Multifunction Printer                          (10 Users)  RM 500
      4. A3 Wide Format e-All-in-One, Multifunction Printer (5 Users)    RM 1,000
  • How soon will you deliver upon purchase?
    • Upon successful payment verification, we proceed to deliver within 3 working days. Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

  • What type of security/ fraud protection do you have?
    • As a part of our service, all orders placed by a consumer are subjected to an automated fraud screening routine. This routine automatically examines each and every order placed. Suspect orders are reviewed by a trained member of our risk management team. These orders are canceled if they are fraudulent. If found that the order is suspected fraud, our risk management team will contact the bank/card provider for further review and action.

  • What is your recommended payment method?
    • We accept all payment method. We highly recommend credit card payment as your credit card company will manage your recurring payments for you saving you the hassle. We do encourage alternately online banking and debit card payments as well.

  • Does FreePrint accept debit card payment?
    • Yes, As long as the card has Visa or MasterCard logo, our Payment Gateway can process it. Note that in future debit card users may not be eligible to enjoy our discounted rates or promotional offers.

  • Do I have to pay for bank or card company fees in additional of FreePrint transaction fee?
    • No. FreePrint transaction fee is inclusive of the bank and card company charges. There will be no additional charges/ no hidden fee’s.
